An introduction to the pole and the range
of movements you can expect to perform. You’ll get the solid grounding
you need to advance to the next levels with absolute confidence.
POLE 2 3 ...
These classes will teach you new movements
and combinations as you progress from intermediate to advanced and
beyond. The exercises will be broken up into the basic moves that will
enable you to perform them with confidence and ease.
FLEXIBILITÉ
Here you’ll acquire the strength and
flexibility to perform fluid and graceful movements on the pole. You’ll
also learn follow-up exercises that you can do at home.
FORCE
For those who wish to achieve a lean and
sculpted body while building the strength required for more advanced
pole moves. With the aid of strength building exercises using the pole,
you’ll tone the muscles you need to work on the pole with ease.
*Running shoes are required.
SWEAT
If losing weight and burning fat is your
goal, nothing could be better than 30 minutes of cardio. It soothes
sore muscles and it’ll give you a burst of energy.

FREE STYLE
Here you’ll get to practice those
movements you just learned, with an instructor present to help.
Students of any skill level welcome!
